While another event Sepetang Bersama AWO was happening the same day in Malaysia, our president and secretary general visited Fort Canning Hotel in Singapore on 15th August 2018, attended the Blockchain In Government forum hosted by TruEventUs.
It was our honor to be able to meet and hear the presentation from the CEO of MiGHT, Datuk Dr.Mohd Yusoff Sulaiman, who created a stir in the country as he envisioned Malaysia’s implementation of Blockchain by 2025 (Original newspaper report title is “Malaysia Sasar Guna Blockchain 2025”).
Our secretary general Effendy Zulkifly was one of the speaker in the evening session.
He shared a little bit about Crypto Valley Malaysia.
Introduction to our vision, our movements to date, and the 5 pillars we defined in our ecosystem.
This was considered the first time part of our association profile was presented to the public.
We met some new friends during the event, where future collaboration among the association and their respective projects could be possible.
