It was a great learn-working Sunday as we toured and checked out the latest development of Iskandar area, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
This very first Iskandar Day event was organized by i2M Ventures, a wholly owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Malaysia’s soverign fund management arm.
The visit include Medini commercial (Puteri Harbour, Medini CBD), educational (Educity) and residential area, which covers a land size of 2,242.99 acres or 9.3sqm.
The first stop is a visit to Medini 9. A newly completed corporate building.
While the infrastructure and the hardware facilities are well in place, the challenge now is to fill in the people that would work, live and play here, with a sound public transport system.
